Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), techsonamy, as data controller, informs you about the personal data we process through the contact and career forms.

Contact form: full name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), subject and message.
Career form: first/last name, email, phone (optional), LinkedIn profile, and answers about your AI and banking/finance experience.
To respond to your contact request; to assess your application and reach out when a suitable role opens. Data is processed only for these purposes (purpose limitation).
Your explicit consent in the form (KVKK art. 5/1) and the necessity of processing to respond to your request/application.
Submissions are retained for 12 months; thereafter they are deleted or anonymized. This is a binding policy.
Your data is processed by EU-region infrastructure providers (email, database, storage, bot protection) under signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Cross-border transfer relies on your consent and the DPA.
You may access, rectify, delete/anonymize, object to processing, and request portability of your data. Send requests to kvkk@techsonamy.com; they are resolved within 30 days.
